
A familiar face returns to the kitchen
Taboo Muskoka is pleased to announce the appointment of our new Executive Chef, Nick Bergeron!
Nick began his culinary journey in 1998 at Cambrian College, and just a year later started his apprenticeship here at the resort when it was known as Muskoka Sands. Since then, his path to becoming a chef has taken him to highly regarded kitchens across Ontario, and even one in the United States.
His experience includes at the Fairmont Château Laurier, The Westin Harbour Castle, The Westin Charlotte in North Carolina, Grandview Golf Club, Casino Rama Resort, and Georgian College.
His approach to cuisine reflects both experience and place — menus rooted in classic techniques, local ingredients and in-season flavours.
